JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Key Account Management

               o        Identifying New accounts

               o        Managing Existing Accounts

  • Analysing performance of existing customers
  • Identifying new target customers and exploring new markets
  • Sales

               o        Database Building

               o        Lead Generation through Email and Telephone – Sales

               o        Objection handling

               o        Negotiation

               o        Online product demo

               o        Preparing and Sending Sales Proposals

  • Marketing

               o        Planning and executing sales promotional

               o        Support for Content Marketing

               o        Support Social Media Marketing

               o        Exploring Marketing automation solutions

  • MIS and Reporting



Key Reponsibilities:

  • Develop a 360 degree understanding of InstaFinancial products, customer categories and competitors
  • Develop a thorough understanding of InstaFinancial products and offerings
  • Understand the different categories of customers we cater to. Understand how companies in these categories are driving innovation, investment decisions
  • Understand how InstaFinancial creates value for these companies. Understand how they use InstaFinancial platform and keep identifying newer use cases
  • Monitor competitors- activity. Stay updated about price points, new products/offerings launched
  • Stay updated on market developments that may have a direct impact on the business
  • New initiatives that may impact the market as a whole Ex. a large corporate in a traditional industry sets up an external innovation team. This may lead to other corporates in this industry setting up similar teams
  • Regulatory changes which may lead to innovation

Education Qualification:

  • PG: MBA Preferred
  • UG: B.E./B.TECH./BCOM/BCA

Skills:

  • Sales/Business Development experience in Software Industry
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good command over MS office and outlook
  • Knowledge of CRM software is added advantage
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Documentation skills


Languages:

  • English – understand,speak, read and write – must
  • Hindi – understand, speak – must
  • Ability to speak other local languagesare added advantage
